The cycle route on the Prosecco road winds through the magnificent hills of Treviso and attracts the modern wine tourist attracted not only by typical products but also by all the environmental and cultural components that have characterized the area. Our journey starts from the City of Conegliano, which offers the opportunity to visit the face of the noble palaces, the Cathedral and in the background the Castle. Continuing towards Parè through the main road we reach Refrontolo, where we can afford a detour that leads us to the enchanting Molinetto della Croda, embedded in the rock. The latter is an ancient water mill with a rural structure leaning against a mountain, from which the waters of the Lienza flow. For a few minutes you can allocate your bike outside to visit the inside of the mill where the characteristic millstone and the various floors of the house are located, testimony of the places where the families who followed in the management lived. We climb again on the saddle of our bike to continue towards the path towards Rolle, in cobbled streets, typical of the hilly area and where crossed the Soligo river, it is rapidly selling at high altitude in an environment for many stretches new because the vineyards, often steep and steep open or counterbalance thick woods. We proceed passing through Premaor and Campea, finally reaching Valdobbiadene. After the tourist visit to the castle, we can continue along our itinerary to reach the city of Revine. Just before the city on your right you can see the lakes of Revine, two bodies of water in the province of Treviso. The first is Lake Lago, fed by a particular temporary karst source which introduces abundant quantities of water and provides greater oxygenation, with the exchange of water; the second is instead the lake of Santa Maria, with less extension than the previous one and with less water exchange which in recent times was entrusted only to underground sources. These are visible in the colder seasons when the pools of water can be found on the frozen lake where the water does not freeze.
